We now have two available openings can be added to the Harbin delegation. Here is the summary:

1. It is Cabam-USCPFA (Harbin-Minneapolis Sister City) delegation invited by Harbin City to participate Harbin' 25th Winter Festival;

2. Harbin will pay everything including 5 star hotel rooms, all banquet, event and site seeing tickets, and .... for up to 6 people;

3. Delegation members will pay for their international air tickets and expenses before arriving in Harbin and after they leaving;

4. Time: Jan. 4 to 9th, 2009. Delegation leaves on the 2nd of Jan, arriving in BJ on the 3rd, arriving in Harbin on the 4th, leaving Harbin on the 9th, coming back to US on the 10th or 11th depending each member's will;

5. We are going to meet most city leaders, visiting most attraction sites, participate opening ceremony and banquet, talking businesses with local firm and organizations, visiting school and library, and ....;
